Iron Man Stars under Pressure to Perform
Youu would think that a successful movie like Iron Man would help everyone connected with the film take a deep breath and relax heading into the sequel.
But, that’s not the case for Iron Man 2 according to actress Scarlett Johansson.
She is convinced the pressure has only increased to deliver at least the same level of a blockbuster flick. But they’d like to raise that bar even higher for the second installment. Iron Man 2 is scheduled for a May, 2010 release. Before the next Iron Man movie is released there is also the case of Iron Man dvds being released.
Marvel Comics has released a teaser image for Iron Man that shows Tony Stark lying on a slab, apparently dead or critically injured.
In the image, which comes from the cover of the forthcoming Invincible Iron Man #20, also shows Thor sitting and looking on grimly beside Stark’s body.
Invincible Iron Man #20 is written by Matt Fraction with art by Salvador Larroca. In addition to the Patrick Zircher wraparound cover, there will also be a cover by Salvador Larroca and a 70th Anniversary Variant Cover by Marko Djurdjevic.
